- To vote for membership.
- To communicate with you and provide the services you request for example: Membership, Applications, Donations, Support.

Retention Of Your Information:
We will retain your personal information with us for 30 days after user terminate theyr membership or participation or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Log Files
AMTL follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. Web-Fonts
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google Fonts & Font Awesome. The AMTL website is designed that fonts are primarily loaded locally, only when necessary from Google Fonts & Font Awesome Web fonts. Membership and Recurring Payments
When you sign up for a membership or renew a membership, we collect personal information and payment details to create and manage your membership account. If you choose a recurring payment option, your payment information will be securely processed through Stripe, and charges will be made annually based on your membership selection. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us, and your payment information will be deleted unless legally required to retain it for accounting purposes./p>
Membership Application Review Process
By submitting a membership application form with payment, it will be reviewed by our Board of Directors to ensure that all applicants meet our membership criteria. During this review period (up to 2 weeks), the application status will be marked as “pending.” If, for any reason, the application is not approved, the full membership fee will be refunded immediately.
