      When you sign up for or renew a membership, we collect personal information and payment details. If you select a recurring payment option, your payment information is processed securely, with annual charges based on your selection. You can cancel your membership anytime, and we will delete your payment information unless legally required to retain it.

      Membership applications are reviewed by our Board of Directors to ensure applicants meet criteria. During this period (up to 2 weeks), applications are “pending.” If not approved, fees are refunded.

       

    13. 14. Form Data Storage and “Save & Resume” Feature

      Our website uses forms powered by WPForms to enable you to save and resume your progress. When you use this feature:

      • A copy of your form entry is temporarily stored to allow resumption of your form.
      • For security, sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, mailing addresses, and file uploads, will not be saved and must be re-entered when you resume.

      By choosing to save progress, you agree that your data will be stored temporarily and that the site owner may have access to the saved data.
